William SEWELL was a soldier in the 2/14th Regiment. He came to Australia per the ship 'Siam' 1867. When in Hobart, Tasmania he was charged with burglary, on 18 Nov 1867. 10 yr imprisonment sentence. Sent to the Port Arthur Penal Settlement. 26 Jan 1874: Discharged to Freedom.
