Lancashire Assizes. Henry Seymour, (23) for stealing various articles in the dwelling-house of Ann Boardman — Guilty Lancaster Gazette, 30 Mar 1816. Lancashire Assizes. The Judge passed...sentence of Death upon the prisoners capitally convicted, as follows: … Henry Seymour (23) James Duncan (26) John Green (16) and George Hacking (27) for felonies.;… The Judge was pleased to reprieve the whole of those prisoners condemned, with the exception of Michael Henshaw, for maliciously shooting, and John Jones, for forgery.
