SHANE Fardy (Shane/Shean) was born about 1782 perhaps at Tipperary & became a sieve maker. He was tried at Roscommon Co. Ireland, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 8 4 1816 after a voyage of seemingly 16months on GUILDFORD. He was employed at lumber yard when he married with permission, as (Sheehan), firstly (1of3) Mary (Comber) on 5 9 1817 at St Johns CofE Parramatta.>>> [Some details taken from this Website] Mary (Comber) was born about 1786.
