Thomas Shaughnessy, age 24, Mangles (2) 1822, Tried at Limerick Co., 1822, 7 years, DOB 1798, native of Limerick Co., Ploughman. ---------------------------------------------------- The next day Thomas Shaughnessy, for being absent from his house at Creshane, on the night of the 28th, when Mr. Fosberry's house was in flames, and taken within a quarter of a mile of the same, was found Guilty, and sentenced to seven years' transportation.
