24/8/1849: TOL, Mudgee - Altered to Cassilis 21/3/1851 - Cancelled on 22/3/1853 for being absent from muster.

He stole 2 Sovereigns on 30th December 1846. Previously he was arrested for assaulting a local constable on 21st October 1842 he was sentenced to 4 calendar months in the House of Correction at Southwell and to be kept to hard labour.
