SURREY SESSIONS. SENTENCES UPON THE PRISONERS. The whole of the trials having been gone through, the Learned Chairman proceeded to pronounce the following sentences upon the prisoners convicted during the Session: To be Transported for Life.—Timothy Sheen, aged 19 (n.), for horse stealing ; John Saker, aged 35 (r. w.) and Edward Phillips, aged 25 (a.), for highway robbery. For Fourteen Years.—James Eggleton, aged 25 (o.), for stealing from dwelling-house. For Seven Years.—John Brown, aged 20 (n.) ; John Bryan alias John Speed, aged 27 (n.) ; Robert Felstrad, 19 (r.) John Davies, aged 18 (r. w.); George Lewis, aged 17 (r. w.); and Henry Thorpe aged 21 (n ), for divers felonies. Morning Advertiser, 9 Nov 1835.
