Convict Notes

Note in Colonial Secretary's papers that Patrick 'Sherad' per Ship Chapman was in charge of cattle owned by Robert Henderson at Pittwater. The documents related to the granting of a grazing lease to Henderson, covering 1000 acres of the Pittwater peninsula. Document dated 27 Feb 1824. There is a Certificate of Freedom dated 20 Jan 1824, but it has a remark 'renewed CF 90/2680'. It seems there was at least one replacement of the certificate.
