Folio 2: Mary Short, aged 30; convict; disease or hurt, gastritis chronic and excessive vomitus. Put on sick list, 8 March 1844. Discharged, 14 March 1844. Tasmanian Conduct Record:https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON41-1-2$init=CON41-1-2p117 615. Mary Short. Tried at Dublin City, 25 Nov 1843, 7 years. Transported for stealing a coat and trowsers. Gaol report Good. Thrice convicted before. Widow. Stated this offence, Stealing a coat and trowsers in Dublin, once 6 months for shoes, again for a cloak, 6 months.
