Michael Sinnott was court martialled at La Hore, India for "Desertion from the 10th Regiment and making away with Regimental necessaries". Michael was 32 years old, single, 5'10" tall, sallow complexion, dark brown hair, black whiskers, brown eyes, 2 D's on left side, corners of mouth drawn down, burn on left arm below elbow, illiterate and native place was Wexford. 14/11/1849: Cascades 1/2/1852: Constabulary "C"?? Mines 16/11/1852: TOL 29/6/1855: Certificate.
