Phillis had a child Jane with her on board the convict ship. Jane died aged eight months old and was buried on 13 October 1834 in Hobart. Phillis married convict David Langley on 26 Dec 1836 in Hobart. Their children were: Amelia 1837, David 1839, Sophia 1841, Richard 1843, Sarah 1844, Rachael 1846. David deserted Phillis in 1850 and travelled to San Francisco where he had a new partner and children. Phillis had a child Jane in 1851 to Daniel Evans (convict) who she married in 1854. Daniel Evans died in 1859. Phillis married Joel Orme (convict) on 17 Jul 1861 in Hobart. No record found of Joel Orme's death, he was a whaler or boatman so may have died at sea. Phillis died on 6 Jan 1873 in Hobart her death registered under the name of Phillis Holmes a whalers wife.
