Trial; 2 July 1833 MURDERED on the North Shore . 27 January 1835 The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser 12 Feb 1835. Page 2 . SUPREME COURT. EDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16. (Before Mr. Justice Dowling and a Military Jury.) Thomas Weatherwiche, a prisoner of the crown, was placed at the bar, charged with the murder of one John Smith, on the North Shore, by striking him with a stick.
