Thomas Smith was about 25 years old on arrival and his occupation was a "Soldier/Broker's Clerk. Thomas was born in Ireland, he had brown hair, blue eyes, ruddy speckled complexion, small scar inside forefinger of right hand. Assigned to John Sullivan as a sawyer at Macleay River. 1842: TOL Port Macquarie 22/2/1850: COF 25/11/1842: Age 32 married Mary Birdsill per "Henry Wellesley" 1835. 1/1/1864: Thomas died at Worrell Creek aged 54, the cause of death was drowning at Trial Bay, and is buried at the Fredericktown Cemetery.
