Hulk Record HO-9-4 (2. p 23.) Justitia at Woolwich. Received 8th July 1817. Thos. Smith, aged 32, Burglary, Tried Nottingham, 14 March 1817, Life, Transported 3 Oct 1817. Nottinghamshire Assizes. Thomas Smith, for breaking into the dwelling house of W. Mee Henson, in the parish of Stapleford, in company with two other persons in the night of the 18th of November last, and stealing thereout £4. 5s. 4d, in bank notes and money, one cheese; and a pair of shoes.— Guilty. Death. Geo. Heatherand John Cambridge Chronicle, 28 March 1817.
