William Smith, charged the oath of Edward Phelps and others, with stealing several articles of wearing apparel, the property the said Edward Phelps also charged on the oath of Olive Thompson, with having stolen one ? and one cap, the property of her and the said William Smith ; also charged on the oath of Mary Mulcock, with having stolen a woollen apron, her property, to be transported for seven years. Hampshire Chronicle, 1 Aug 1789.
