The Proceedings of the Old Bailey Born 1804. Place of birth London (bethnal green). Gender female. Height 5' 3.25". Religion Protestant (unspecified). Hair brown (brown dark, dark brown). Eyes grey (light grey). Distinguishing marks middle finger right hand swelled at knuckle. Trade; hawk fruit in the City CATHARINE SOLOMON. Theft; simple larceny (from 1827). 10th January 1828. 66. CATHARINE SOLOMON was indicted for stealing, on the 12th of December , 13 yards of printed cotton, value 13s. , the goods of William Brown ............... Prisoner's Defence. I went into the shop; there was one piece on the ground, and the other was knocked down. GUILTY . Aged 24.
