Edward Speed arrived in Van Diemens Land on the ‘Campbell Macquarie’ 01/01/1820. The Archive record does not state where the ship sailed from or if indeed it was a convict ship. There are only 2 passengers listed who embarked at VDL (perhaps it had unloaded at another state?).
