Went to New Zealand in the London an emigrant Ship and was never a prisoner Was in the 96 Reg't 15 years - deserted from 96 Reg't 8 years ago. Status; Widower Native place; Portugal, Brother in the 7th Dragoons 1854 - Tried Hobart Town 27 May 1854 as William Burns stealing one petticoat 1855 - 18 November - Discharged to Freedom Presbyterian, Can read & write. aged 68 years old
