Henry Stack was convicted at the London Central Criminal Court on 4 Mar 1844 for stealing a purse. 1st conviction. 10yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) on the ship 'Lord Auckland', arriving 15 Nov 1844. Single man; aged 19yrs; boot closer; Protestant; literate.
