John Cuttler of Wilberforce, a free man being desirous of marrying Mary Stalliard, a prisoner per Ship Mary Ann- I request you will obtain His Excellency, the Governor’s Permission that the Banns may be published and the Marriage Celebrated in this Church agreeable to the usage of the same.
