Criminal Court. Thomas Prevatt. labourer, Stephen Steel, labourer, and Henry Marshall, labourer, committed by Cl. Farb'dl, Esq-. charged with having, with other persons, in the ? of Feb. last, at Funtington, stolen  ten pounds in money, gun, and other articles, from the dwelling-house of F* Briant.—... Brighton Gazette, 24 March 1831. ... and Henry Marshall, for stealing from the house of Richard Briant at Funtington, £10 in money, gun, and other property. Sussex Advertiser, 28 Mar 1831. The following prisoners, who were capitally convicted at our last Assizes, have received their final sentences and have been removed from Horsham Gaol, to the York Hulk, Gosport, viz:— William Colvin, William Serjeant, Stephen Steele, Henry Marshall.
