The under-mentioned male prisoners of the Crown have obtained tickets-of-leave since the last day of publication, viz: Port Stephen. T. Stension, Prince George. -------------------------------------------------------------------- There is some discrepency in the records here. Was he dead in 1840, or did he gain his certificate of Freedom?

Thos. Stension. a licensed hawker, was indicted for stealing several snort boxes and cigar-cases, from the shop of Mr. Minns, Bungay. It appeared that the shop shutter had been taken in the night, window broken, and the articles taken not. ... Norfolk Chronicle, 16 July 1836.
