Robert Wright, and David Stevenson, pleaded guilty of having, on 20th November, stolen from Alexander Gatherer, a boy, in passage leading to Alexander’s back land, Bristo Street, sixteen shillings and a ballad, aggravated their being habit and repute thieves— The Lord Advocate having restricted the libel, they were found guilty, and sentenced ...
