From the Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser, Friday 29 June, 1827, page 2: "Yesterday [28th June] arrived from Ireland, which she left the 14th of February, the ship Countess of Harcourt, with 192 male prisoners. Surgeon Superintendent, Dr. Goodsir, R. N. The guard consists of a detachment of the 39th Regt. under the orders of Lieutenant Steaman and Ensign Spencer."
