The Convict Indentures state that Anne Still was 25 years old. She could neither read or write; religion Protestant; status single and a native of Belfast. She was a children's maid. Anne was convicted of stealing a shawl at Antrim on 30 June 1837 and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She had two prior conviction and served 6 months and 6 months. Physical attributes: Height 5 feet 4 1/4 inches; complexion ruddy and freckled; hair brown and eyes hazel. Transport number 100. Prisoner number 99-38.
