Bury and Norwich Post Suffolk, England 23 Mar 1825: Jonathan Stollery and Henry Holmes, for stealing two pigs the property of T. Hicks, of Higham. 1828 Census: at Wellington Valley. From his TOL 27/12/1830: Jonathan was born 1793, 5'6½" tall, fair complexion, light brown hair, hazel eyes. 27/12/1830: Government Labour Exemption Register, 1830-1832: Jonathan Stollery, Bathurst Bench. 1841 Census: Residence, George Street, Windsor.

Convicted of feloniously killing a sheep along with three other men on the 12th March 1825, Sent to prison hulk at Portsmouth and then on 15th August 1825 left for NSW along with one of the men he was convicted with (Henry Holmes) Having served his sentence he was given a Certificate of Leave in 1826 and a Certificate of Freedom in 1833.
