Birth Year: Treatment Year: 1828 Treatment Place: United Kingdom Ship: Albion Nature of the Disease; Apoplexia Remarks: Cough persistent, complains of General weakness. Lemonade. Tea twice daily. Wine. Preserved soup. Since last report 29th July has continue nearly in the same way - being weekly, coughing and ejecting bad sputa. this evidently a case for the comforts of clothing, diet and repose rather than for the in-gestation of medicine Breathing difficult, effusion of blood considerable. Has previously in the course of his life been repeatedly & dangerously attached by it. ------------------------ New South Wales, Australia, Convict Indents, 1788-1842.
