Thomas Stutley was convicted at Dover, Kent on 14/03/1831 for stealing wheat & corn. 14yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) on the 'Gilmore', arriving 1832. Married man, wife Elizabeth (at Native Place) & 6 children. Aged 38yrs; married; stout made; light reddish hair; grey eyes. Assignment in Colony. Conditional Pardon no. 1929 01/01/1839.
