Native Place; Co. Kerry Offence; Striking a Sergeant, Frederick Townend. Belonging to the same Reg't Formally belonged to the 17th Reg't. Served 5 years and then volunteered into the 22 Reg't . Was sentenced to be shot. Commuted to transportation for life. 1847 - MARRIAGE PERMISSIONS Request to Elizabeth McNamara -11 August 1847 1858 - Conditional Pardon approved. 20 April 1858
