Jeremiah Sullivan was transported on the Mariner, departing 19th Jan 1827 and arriving 23rd May 1827 with 161 passengers.
The 1825 Journey. The ship Mariner, Captain Fotherley, arrived from Ireland with female prisoners, on Sunday evening. She left the Cove of Cork, the 12th of March, and brings 112 female prisoners, having lost only one on the passage. A few passengers also came per this opportunity. PROVINCIAL INTELLIGENCE APREHEnSION GANG OF ROBBERS. On night last the houses of Redmond Callaghan, and Owen M‘Carthy, near Mallow were broken into by an armed party robbers and plundered of various articles of wearing apparel, quantity of flour, and eleven shillings in cash. The report report of these robberies having been made to Lieutenant Crossley, Chief Constable of the barony of Fermoy, that officer promptly set foot a search among the of character, whom suspected ; the result, we are happy to add, has been, the finding same of the stolen, and the apprehension the entire gang viz. Denis Molony. Jeremiah Sullivan, John English, and Michael Tobin. These men have been examined before Adam Newman, Esq and the Rev. Mr. Lombard, and committed for trial at the next Assizes.
