John Sullivan was indicted for stealing lead, the property John Ruby. The lead, which had been cut but a few moments before, was found was found in the possession the prisoner, who acknowledged the fact—Guilty. An old offender, to transported for 7 years. Southern Reporter, 23 Aug 1827.
