The convict indentures state that Mary Sullivan was 19 years old. She could neither read and write; religion Roman Catholic; status single and a native of County Kerry. She was a through servant. Mary was convicted of stealing carpet at Limerick City in July 1837 and sentenced to 7 years. She had no prior convictions. Physical attributes: Height 5 feet 0 inches; complexion fair and freckled; hair brown and eyes chestnut. Transport number 41. Prisoner number 41-38. Received Certificate of Freedom in 1845 (44/1249
