The Assize for this County concluded on Wednesday, when the following nineteen prisoners were capitally convicted and received sentence of death, viz… W. Swindle, ... for burglaries in this town ; …  are left  for execution, and the others reprieved. Aris’s Birmingham Gazette, 4 April 1803.
