Per Colonial NSW State Archives. Samuel Taylor granted : -Ticket of Leave Ref. 4/4085 -Conditional Pardon 6 April, 1833. - At Sydney on 21 August 1835, Application for Permit to Marry Samuel Taylor, free, 53 years and convict Rose McBay 32 years, arrived on Surry, 7 years sentence . PS: No NSWBDM marriage record sighted...may have married under anagram-disguised names?




Colonial Secretary’s Office, Sydney, 16th October, 1832. HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to notified, that the Right Honorable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, has signified his Majesty’s gracious Approbation and Allowance of the ABSOLUTE and CONDITIONAL PARDONS, respectively granted to the undermentioned Individuals, viz.--- CONDITIONAL PARDONS, Dated 19th October, 1831.
