TEN MEN CONVICTED: Wednesdcy and Thursday, Mr Blackburn K. C. assisted by Mr Holland, Acting Assistant Barrister, held a Session at Rathkode. The following Magistrates also presided: P. Yokes, C. M. P. the Knight ofGlin, Harry Sullivan, George Massy, Godfrey Massy, Henry Brown, S. E. Rice, Thos. H. F. Royse, Robert Peppard, Captain Scanlan, Rev. George Vincent, Alfred Furlong, Thomas Furlong, George M. Mansell, Echvard V. Fits-Gerald, Thomas A. Odell, John Creach, and R. Yielding. The following were convicted on the testimony. The prosecution in each •were country people:- Thomas Culhane, for delivering a notice to John Barry, Steward to Lord Clare, ordering him on pain of having his cattle houghed and his hoiise burned, to discharge Jeremiah Harley -who wm' obnoxioizs to the Rockite system, -whose house has since been anacked and his son most cruelly beaten.
