The Convict Indentures state that Thomas Fitzpatrick was 38 years old. He could neither read nor write; religion Catholic; status single and a native of Tipperary. He was a labourer. He was convicted of House robbery on 2 March 1828 at Tipperary and sentenced to 7 years. He had no prior convictions. Physical attributes - height 5 feet 7 3/4 inches; complexion ruddy; hair brown grey and eyes blue. Transport number 19. Assigned to Woolloomooloo Road Party. Received ticket of leave in 1835. Received Certificate of Freedom on 9 April 1838 (number 38/290)
