Thomas was 22 years old on arrival and was transported for 'stealing a coat'. Thomas was 5'5" tall, dark brown hair, black eyes, single, A T inside left arm. 1830: Public Works 1832: Government House 1833: Public Works 1835: TOL Note on his conduct record: 11/4/1836: His Excellency The Lieut., Governor has been pleased to allow this man, holding a Ticket of Leave, permission to reside in any District he may choose; but he is not to remove out of it without a pass from the Magistrate.
