Offence: Rape of Eleanor Nemio at Windsor. --------------------------------------------------- Criminal Court- TUESDAY.—Thomas Smith was indicted for the perpetration of a rape on the person of Eleanor Nemo; and James Butler and Edward McNalty were indicted as aiders and abettors in the said offence.— Acquitted.
