2nd Conviction - in Colony: Launceston, Tasmania on 09/11/1847, Jonathan Thompson was convicted for stealing Bagatelle Balls. 6mths imprisonment with hard labour at Launceston Gaol. Previously transported on the 'Lotus' and had become free. 1847: Single; tailor; read & write; Protestant; 5'5 1/2"; 71yrs of age; fair complexion; grey hair, balding; brown eyes. Native Place - Sunderland.
