Misconduct in drinking in a public house whilst on service. 1847 - Marriage Permissions. Ann Sullivan per Ship; Angelina Peter Thorpe per Ship; Tortoise 1847 - 22 March 1847. Marriage. Peter's trade; Cabinet Maker. Both aged 21 years old 1848- Constable at Sorrell. Neglect of duty. Sentence; 6 weeks imprisonment and hard labour. 1848 - Certificate. 14 July 1848. 1851 - Departure of Wife; Ann Sullivan - 2 Dec 1851. Bound for Melbourne
