Tasmanian Record: https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON13-1-2$init=CON13-1-2p227 Letter , dated 18 Jan 1823, giving permission to travel to VDL, with Rev Bedford, and details of : Joseph Tighe, Tried City Dublin, 22nd Feb 1822, 7 years, and Michl.
