Benjamin Timmins, was charged with stealing, on the 3d of June, 2 cwt. of sugar, the property Henry Southain, of Birmingham. Guilty. Leamington Spa Courier, 4 July 1835. CONVICTS. —The following prisoners were removed from our County Gaol, on the 13th instant, to put board the York hulk, ... at for a felony in the dwelling-house of John Stephens, at Alcester and Frederick Buckley for felony at Aston, for life.— Benjamin Timmins, for felony at Birmingham, 14 years.— Thomas Kington, for stealing 81 pigeons, m April last, the property of the Rev. F. Muir, at Harford; Wm. Smith, for stealing malt, at Birmingham; Samuel Hewins and Wm. Wilkins, for robbing Richard Hi...rns of money the amount 38s, Lower Thomas Mooney, for felony, Birmingham, and Samuel Henry Turner, for forgery, and uttering, seven years.
