Timothy M'Auliffie, was next charged with stealing three sheep and three lambs, the property of Patrick Mannix, at Ross, on the 26th October. The prisoner pleaded Guilty, His Lordship ordered sentence of Death to be recorded against him, but promised to use his interest to have him transported for life. Cork Constitution, 7 April 1827.
