His name is on a List of 31 Mechanics and Labourers to be embarked on H,M C. Brig Emu for the Service of the Government at Port Dalrymple in Van Diemen’s Land, 30 October 1815. No 6. William Titmouse, bricklayer, Baring, convicted at Hertford, Jany. 1813, sentence, seven years.




After arriving in Sydney he was then transported to Port Dalrymple Van Diemans Land on the Emu on government list of mechanics and labourers. He married twice in St John's Church Launceston and lived in Brisbane Street Launceston. Buried at St Cypress Cemetery. Issue 4 females and 3 males
