ELEANOR TOMLINSON, Royal Offences > coining offences, 13th January 1813. 159. ELEANOR TOMLINSON was indicted, for that she, on the 21st of November , feloniously, and without lawful excuse, had in her custody and possession divers forged bank-notes, that is to say, two forged Bank notes of 2 £. each, she knowing them to be false and forged . SECOND COUNT, that she had in her possession a certain other forged note, for the payment of 2 £. she knowing it to be forged. To this indictment the prisoner pleaded GUILTY . Transported for Fourteen Years . First Middlesex jury, before Mr. Recorder.
