Hulk Report: good, single, stated this offence, breaking into a chapel and stealing copper, once for stealing clothes- flogged, once again for arson-3 months goal, discharged for copper stealing. Conduct VDL: 31 Dec 1838: Colts, stealing on the 30th day Dec instance, three bottles value 2s each and 3 bottles gin value 5/ per quart of the goods of his master Mr Wm Colts- existing sentence of transportation extended 12 months and recommended to be employed on the roads on probation 3 month.
