1841 Census Tiverton with parents John Tozer bc 1801 Ireland, wife Mary bc 1801 Devon and brother Robert bc1828. Robert may have died in 1843.
28/4/1841 Larceny. Sentence 3 mths hard labour, whipped.Tiverton Assizes
20/4/1842 Stealing lead.
20/6/1851 Geelong. Robbery - 7 years on Road(?) with first 2 in irons.
