In the Supreme Court of New South Wales. ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION. In the goods of Thomas Troy, late of Kyamba Creek, near Wagga Wagga, in the Colony of New South Wales, grazier, deceased, intestate. NOTICE is hereby given, that on the expiration of this notice, application will be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that Letters of Administration of all and singular the goods, chattels, credits, and effects, of the above named deceased, be granted to his brother and nearest of Mr, Nicholas Troy, of Kyamba Creek aforesaid, in the said Colony, grazier.—Dated this 21st day of October, A.D.1856. Only 18 persons were for trial, 0 of whom were capitally convicted, and sentenced to be hanged,,viz.—Nicholas and Thomas Troy, and Christopher Dooley, for attacking and firing a house; Andrew and Armstrong Anderson, for highway robbery; Michael, Timothy, and Hugh Finnigan, William Nowlan, and William Walsh  for robbery.
