Marriages, Hobart district, 1851. 10 March 1851, John Flannery, age 26, Fellmonger, bachelor, and Mary Twooney, age 21, servant, were married at St Joseph’s Church according to Roman Catholic rites, by the Rev. Hall. John signed his name, Mary made her mark X, Witnesses were James Kerr, (signature) and Margaret Callaghan (made her X.) -------------------------------------------------- Tasmanian Birth Records: Several children born: John Flannery, born 29 Dec 1851. William Flanary, born 4 Jun 1853. Mary Ann Flannery, born 12 Aug 1854. Margaret Flanery, born 29 Dec 1855.
