Richard Ustice/Justice was 16 years old when indicted for burglary, in the dwelling house of William Brown. Tried under the name of "Richard" in the Old Bailey Records. Richard was 5'3 1/2" Tall, blue eyes, dark brown hair, single, pockpitted. He was born in Halstone. Conduct record: Worked at the Government Market Garden in Hobart. Many misconducts, working for himself, disobedience, stealing vegetables, etc. 4/4/1844: TOL
