Worcestershire Lent Assizes  VAUGHAN, James, aged 21, fish hook maker, charged with having, on the 3rd of February last, at the parish of Tarde- havi in this county,  stolen twenty-one pounds weight of bacon, of the value of fifteen shillings, the property of Thos. Brown. Guilty. He had been previously convicted. Transportation for life. Worcestershire Chronicle, 15 March 1838.
